• Obstacle Practice riding is limited to the Obstacle area only for non-boarders/lesson riders. No access to riding in arenas, no access to alley or barn.
• I understand breaking rules, not submitting forms, and not sending coggins ahead of arrival (when applicable), are grounds for dismissal from the property with no refund and no return.
