• Registration is per horse/rider combination. Additional horses require additional registration.
• Office, Horse Lease and Stall Fees are non-refundable and due at registration. They will be subtracted from your total balance the day of the event.
• Onsite coaching is required of all riders. Show Team members have a separate fee and should choose that coaching fee.
• Lease horses are extremely limited and first register first reserve.
• Stalls are limited and first register first reserve.
• Not paying office fees or submitting all required forms before registration could result in forfeiture of your registration.
• I understand breaking rules, not submitting forms and coggins ahead of arrival (when applicable), are grounds for dismissal from the property with no refund and no return
• Lunch choices are in the event on Facebook. There will be a la carte concession items for purchase as well
